The Procedure
This is the International PROCEDURE which we follow in Fine Investment Art transactions.
This PROCEDURE is NOT negotiable.
If the client can not or will not comply to this procedure, please consider interruption of any dealings and negotiations.

Please, send this information upfront of any Fine Investment Art dealings to the buyer.
If the client can not or will not comply to this procedure it is NOT our problem,
and this procedure can not be negotiated.

Please send us the contacts of your/buyer's attorney so that the Sellers' Attorney can inform you regarding this formal procedure.

All questions can/will be answered only if/when the buyer's mandator, agent or legal representative can provide FORMAL LOI+POF upfront.

Please read it carefully, confirm me that you understand this procedure, and that you accept it.


1. all paintings are NON EXCLUSIVE
2. The viewing can/will be organised only after the FORMAL LOI from the buyer's mandator, agent or legal representative
3. NO Questions will be answered before the Sellers' Attorney receives a formal LOI+POF.
4. All prices are NET, with markup of 10% to be divided on 5% + 5% for each side
5. Exclusive option can be arranged only after the viewing.
6. In order to respect the anonymity and privacy of our clients, there will be NO introduction between the potential buyer and the seller.
7. Viewing can/will be arranged in a safe-house or in a bank
8. FORMAL LOI+POF from the buyer's mandator or legal representative to Attorney's law office which represents the seller's side
